1.  Select Bankruptcy from the menu bar.

2.  Select Motions/Applications.

3.  Enter the case number.

4.  Select docket event: Motion to Determine Final Cure and Mortgage Payment pursuant to FRBP 3002.1(h).

5.  Select attorney, if any.

6.  Select party filer:

• If the party is not listed, use Add/Create New Party.

7.  Browse and select document (PDF file) or scan document.

• Attach supportive document, if applicable.

8.  Select the claim.

• Note:  You must select a claim.  If you do not select a claim, a warning message appears:

You must select one or more claims before proceeding.  Please click the browser back button to return to the previous screen for claim selection.

9.  Modify docket text, if needed.

10. Verify the final docket text before submitting on the case docket.

11. Review the Notice of Electronic Filing.  It is your receipt.
