7. Select party filer.
Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party.
8. Browse, verify and attach the document (PDF file).
Attach supportive documents, if applicable.
9. Refer to existing event(s)?
Click box.
Select appropriate category to search for related document – Appeal.
Select appropriate document (docket text) – Notice of Appeal or Direct Appeal to Court of Appeals.
10. Verify final docket text before submitting onto case docket.
